Rita is 87-years-old and can run further than when she was 27. Rita's on what she calls the Rage, Rage Against the Dying of the Light exercise plan. It's not an exercise plan so much as an excuse to get out of her house, go down to the Y and talk to all the ladies who come see her while she runs around the track. She doesn't like the treadmill, too fancy and complicated when there's a perfectly nice indoor track. The grandkids love to come and cheer her on when she races.
