At 87-years-old Rita can run further than when she was 27. Rita's on what she calls the "Rage, Rage Against the Dying of the Light" exercise plan. It's not an exercise plan so much as an excuse to get out of her house, go down to the Y and talk to all the ladies who gather to see her while she runs around the track. When she races, the grandkids love to come and cheer her on. Every now and then she can get them to race with her, too. While Rita loves to run with the grandkids, she also loves to run with her friends so afterwards they can go out for a beer together. Take a run with Rita.
